Three Sussex Central High School ninth-graders and six Indian River High School ninth-graders were accepted to receive scholarships to the University of Delaware through Give Something Back, a national organization dedicated to mentoring and college scholarships for students facing economic adversity.
Sussex Central High School students are Nathan Daisey, Brittney Martinez Couary and Kayla Rae Moore. Indian River High School students are Mackenzie Forston, Liliana Guido, Megan Hayden, Jacob McCann, Sam Riggins and Michael Manno.
