The Seaford Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Doña Maria’s Pupuseria at 1:30 p.m. July 14 at the restaurant, 117 High St., Seaford.

A “pupuseria” is a restaurant that serves “pupusas,” a traditional Salvadoran dish. Pupusas are cornmeal tortillas stuffed with cheese, meats, beans and other items. Pupusas are served with “curtido,” similar to coleslaw, and a small container of hot salsa.
