Tidewater Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Associates announced they hired Gregg Inocencio as their new clinical director and doctor of physical therapy at the Seaford location, 808 Middleford Road.
Inocencio received his Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from the University of Maryland College Park in 2005 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2013. He is certified to use instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization as a Graston Technique specialist through Graston Technique and a dry needling specialist through KinetaCore. He is also an National Strength and Conditioning Association certified strength and conditioning specialist and an American Heart Association Healthcare provider.
“We are enthusiastic about the addition of Dr. Inocencio. His certification in Graston Technique, dry needling and strength and conditioning are exceptional additions to our specialty offerings. It is promising when we can add even more to our repertoire to increase treatment options and patient satisfaction,” said Jennifer Walter, chief operating officer of Tidewater Physical Therapy.
Inocencio’s area of interest includes sports and orthopedic therapy, post-surgery and multi-trauma therapies, lower extremity dysfunction and dry needling.
